Third DWI in Texas! :(?

Third DWI in Texas! :( ?

I have recently been convicted of my third DWI in Texas! Has anyone had this happen to them and what ended up happening? Did you serve any jail time, probation or what? Thanks for any information!

    Dwi Laws in Texas have become very strict given that alcohol is the leading factor in traffic fatalities in TX. Your 3rd DWI might get you jail time for repeat offense. One of my coworkers in San Antonio got 2 years for his Second Dwi. The drunk driver who hit and totaled my car got 10 years for his 5th DWI. The Drunk driver who rear ended my van on I-35 at 100mph (totaling that van) got 5 years probation for his first DWI.

    I would definitely be concerned if I were you, but also I would never drive under the influence again either.

    I am just happy that my children were not with me in the van… it could have gone very badly indeed. I am equally happy that neither of those two drunk drivers deprived my children of their Father. I hope you consider that the next time before you get behind the wheel… the life you might save will undoubtedly be the father or mother of someone else's children if you just Take a Taxi Home and pick your car up when you have slept it off…. meaning you no disrespect whatsoever.

    i hope you go to jail for life because people like you killed my whole family september 14 1988 .we were going on vacation to florida when a drunk hit our car on highway 95 .killed my mom dad and two brothers and the drunk died too.i wish every day i would have died that day too .but all i got was loss of my leg and right arm and to never see my family laugh and talk to me ever again

    seriously, 3rd dwi? were you so drunk you forgot about the other 2? and all the countless times you endangered everyone else without actually getting caught? terrible.

    Geez! I'm in Tx and hope you don't live near me or my kids! Hopefully you will get the mandatory 3 strikes and jail time plus get the mandatory Breathalizer in your vehicle before you can legally drive!

    That happened to some bytch here. Only last time instead of going to jail she went to the promised land after rear ending a stopped semi at full speed.

    €dit: Oh yeah, she killed 2 people on 1 of her previous DWIs.

    didn't texas give someone 20yrs for there 12 dui. in CA it would be 6months in jail.
